Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2025
BlueLeaf Apps ("we", "our", "us") is an independent mobile app studio. We design our Apps to be privacy-friendly by default: most features work fully on-device, no account is required, and we collect as little information as reasonably possible.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
Our Apps do not ask you to create an account and do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location, unless explicitly stated within a specific App.
2. Information Processed by the Apps
Depending on the App you are using, some or all of the following categories of information may be processed:
- Device permissions you grant. Apps may request access to features such as the camera, photo library, storage, microphone, or notifications. These permissions are used only to deliver the App's functionality (for example, scanning a code with the camera, saving a generated file to storage). Content accessed under these permissions is processed on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
- App settings and preferences. Stored locally on your device.
- Diagnostic and crash data. Collected via standard tools (such as Google Play Services and Firebase Crashlytics) to identify bugs and improve stability. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
- Anonymous analytics. Used to understand which features are useful and how the Apps are performing.
- Advertising identifiers. Some of our Apps display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may access your device's advertising ID and related information to serve relevant ads.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate the core features of each App.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance.
- To understand general usage patterns at an aggregated level.
- To display advertisements (in Apps that include ads).
4. Third-Party Services
Our Apps may rely on the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy, which we recommend you review:
The exact set of third-party services used by any individual App may vary. Not all of our Apps use all of the services listed above.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We do not share user information with third parties except as needed to enable the third-party services listed in Section 4 to deliver their functionality.
6. Data Retention
Data processed locally by the Apps remains on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings. Diagnostic and analytics data retained by third-party providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
8. Your Choices
- You can revoke any permission granted to an App at any time from your device's settings.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Android device's Google settings ("Ads" → "Reset advertising ID" / "Opt out of Ads Personalization").
- You can uninstall the App at any time, which removes locally stored data.
9. International Users
Our Apps are distributed globally. By using them, you understand that anonymous diagnostic and advertising data may be processed by our third-party providers in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new Apps, new features, or changes in third-party services. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected on the App's store listing.
