Privacy Policy
UAC & AdMob Manager · Last updated: October 18, 2026
The App runs entirely on the user's own computer. It has no backend server: it talks directly to Google's APIs on the user's behalf, and all data it reads is stored locally on that computer.
1. Google User Data We Access
When you sign in with Google, the App requests only the permissions needed for the features you use. Each type of account is connected separately.
| Permission (scope) | Why the App needs it |
|---|---|
Google Ads APIhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords |
Read the list of Google Ads accounts you can access and their App campaign performance (spend, installs by country); create and edit your own App campaigns, budgets, bids and ad assets; upload your ad videos through the Google Ads API. |
AdMob API (read-only)https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.readonly |
Read your AdMob publisher account and ad revenue reports (earnings, impressions, requests by date, app, country, format and ad source) to calculate return on ad spend. |
YouTube Data API (optional)https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.uploadhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly |
Only if you choose to upload ad videos to your own YouTube channel: upload the videos you select and check their processing status. |

2. How We Use Google User Data
- Only to provide the App's user-facing features: creating and managing your campaigns, uploading your videos, and showing your own reports and alerts.
- Every change the App writes to your Google Ads account is shown to you as a preview and only sent after you confirm. New campaigns are always created in a paused state.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
3. How Data Is Stored and Protected
- Campaign lists, reports, and the video library index are stored in a local database on your computer only.
- OAuth refresh tokens and your Google Ads developer token are encrypted with your operating system's secure storage (macOS Keychain or Windows DPAPI) and are never stored in plain text or in log files.
- Your video files stay where you keep them. The App reads them to upload but does not copy, modify, or delete them.
- All communication with Google uses HTTPS.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer Google user data to anyone. The App sends data only directly to Google APIs (Google Ads, AdMob, YouTube) in order to perform the actions you request. BlueLeaf Apps does not receive a copy of your data, because the App has no server of its own.
5. Limited Use Disclosure
The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Report data is kept on your computer until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Removing an account in the App (Settings → Accounts → Remove) revokes its access token with Google and deletes the stored token from your computer.
- You can revoke the App's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Uninstalling the App and deleting its data folder removes all locally stored data.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is a business tool for advertisers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App adds features or changes the Google permissions it requests. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
